Everyone who correctly answers the trivia question will be entered into a drawing to win two premium tickets from a major theatre chain* that can be used locally. Complete the official entry form above. Only official entry forms will be accepted. The rules are pretty simple: Only one entry per email address per day. You may only win once every three months. You must complete the official entry form including your name and mailing address. You must be at least 18 years old to enter. Winners will receive their tickets by mail, allow four weeks for delivery. All entries must be received by Sunday Aug 30, 2009 by 6 p.m. PST. Entries are removed after every contest.
